Plate Balance
Foods tumble down five lanes — one per food group. Catch them into the right groups to meet each target without overloading any single one.
How to play
Each lane is a food group: grains, vegetables, fruits, protein and dairy. Foods fall from the top; steer the falling item to the correct lane and drop it so every group fills toward its target band. Overload a group past its maximum and the excess spills for a penalty. Hit all five targets within the calorie budget to balance the plate.
- Every group has a minimum and maximum target band to reach.
- Overfilling a group spills portions and costs points.
- A calorie budget caps how much you can stack overall.
Controls
- Desktop: tap a column to slot there, or use Left/Right arrows to move and Space to drop.
- Phone & tablet: tap the column you want — fully touch-friendly.
Game modes
- Daily: a shared seeded set of targets.
- Practice: fresh randomized targets each round.
Tips & strategy
- Fill the groups with the highest minimums first so you don't run out of budget.
- Stop slotting a group once it's in band — extra portions only spill.
