Routine Rush
Sequence your self-care steps in the right order — and keep your cool when buzzing phones and other distractions try to break your flow.
How to play
Each round shows a time-of-day routine as a quick lesson, then scrambles the steps and mixes in interruption cards. Tap the routine steps in their correct order; complete one routine to unlock the next part of the day.
- Study the correct order first, then tap the tiles in that sequence
- Avoid the interruption tiles (like a phone or notification) — those cost you
- Clear morning, midday, evening and night routines to finish the run
- Fewer mistakes and faster completion mean a higher score
Controls
- Desktop: click the step tiles in order
- Phone & tablet: tap the tiles in order
Tips & strategy
- Memorise the lesson order before you hit start — the scramble comes fast
- When unsure, check the 'Looking for' hint rather than guessing into an interruption
- Resisting the tempting distraction tiles is the whole point — pause before you tap
