Signal Cascade
A signal pulse races down the axon. Fire at the receptor gates that match your tuned key, hold back at the inhibitory decoys, and chain hits to strengthen the synapse.
How to play
A nerve impulse travels left to right along the axon, passing receptor gates. Fire when the pulse reaches an excitatory gate whose key matches your tuned key (shown top-left). Hold back at red inhibitory gates and at any gate whose key doesn't match. Correct fires build a combo that raises a score multiplier; mistakes break the chain. It's a fast reaction game dressed as a trip through a neuron.
- Match the tuned key — firing at the wrong key or an inhibitory gate costs you.
- Longer chains raise the synapse multiplier.
- Accuracy and best chain are tallied at the end.
Controls
- Desktop: press Space or click to fire.
- Phone & tablet: tap anywhere to fire — fully touch-friendly.
Game modes
- Daily: a shared seeded run.
- Practice: a slightly easier randomized run.
Tips & strategy
- Glance at your tuned key constantly — it's the difference between a release and an inhibition.
- Resist firing at every gate; the held-back decoys are where chains are lost.
