Step Charts
Hit each squat, jump and reach prompt right on the beat — keep the tempo to drive your heart-rate combo higher and higher.
How to play
Exercise prompts scroll toward a hit line in four lanes. Trigger the matching direction as each note reaches the line — the closer to perfect, the better the judgement. Strong timing keeps your heart-rate meter and combo climbing for a bigger score.
- Squat maps to down, jump and reach to up, lunges to left and right
- Hit each note as it crosses the line for Perfect or Good ratings
- Keep your combo alive to raise the heart-rate multiplier
- Pick Interval or Practice charts, with a shared Daily or Random routine
Controls
- Desktop: arrow keys or WASD on the beat
- Phone & tablet: tap the matching half of the lane (top to bottom maps to up/down/left/right)
Tips & strategy
- Aim for Perfect timing — it scores more and feeds the combo fastest
- Don't mash early; a too-soon tap is wasted, so wait for the note to reach the line
- Holding tempo through a run keeps your heart-rate zone (and multiplier) high
