First Response
Work the casualty in the right order as the vitals fall — the correct sequence of actions is the difference between a save and a loss.
How to play
Each case briefs you on a casualty whose vitals decay in real time. Choose the next correct action in the proper protocol order — danger, response, airway, breathing, circulation and beyond — while avoiding distractor actions. Complete the protocol before the vitals run out to stabilise them.
- Pick the next correct action in sequence for each case
- Right moves slow the decline; wrong picks cost vitals and time
- Stabilise the casualty before the vitals reach zero to win
- Daily is a shared case; Practice deals a new one
Controls
- Desktop: click the action you think comes next
- Phone & tablet: tap the next action
Tips & strategy
- Order matters as much as choice — secure danger and airway before later steps
- Read each action's note to learn why it belongs where it does
- Speed counts, but a wrong action hurts more than a careful pause
