Plate Up
Assemble a plate from food cards so every macro lands inside its target band and you cover enough food groups — calories alone won't cut it.
How to play
You're dealt a hand of food cards and a daily nutrient target. Add and remove cards until calories, protein, carbs, and fat each sit inside their band and you've hit the required food-group variety, then serve.
- Tap food cards to add or remove them from the plate.
- Watch the macro readouts — each must land within its tolerance band.
- Cover at least the required number of distinct food groups.
- Serve once everything's in range; faster balanced plates score a time bonus.
Controls
- Desktop: click food cards to toggle them; click Serve plate, Clear, and the mode/difficulty buttons.
- Phone & tablet: tap cards and buttons — built for touch.
Game modes
- Daily (shared deal) and Practice, across Easy, Medium, and Hard.
Tips & strategy
- Balance protein and fat early, since those bands are easy to miss while chasing calories.
- Reach for cards from new food groups to satisfy variety without overshooting a macro.
