How to play
You're dealt a hand of food cards and a daily nutrient target. Add and remove cards until calories, protein, carbs, and fat each sit inside their band and you've hit the required food-group variety, then serve.
Tap food cards to add or remove them from the plate.
Watch the macro readouts, each must land within its tolerance band.
Cover at least the required number of distinct food groups.
Serve once everything's in range; faster balanced plates score a time bonus.
