90s Games

By the nineties the arcade had lost its monopoly and the interesting work moved to the home computer and the puzzle game. This is a small, dense collection. Driftlings hands you a stream of walking creatures and a limited budget of skills to get them to the exit alive. Swaprise is the rising-stack matcher where a two-wide cursor swaps tiles under pressure. Curvewar is the multiplayer party game in its purest form: your trail curves constantly, everyone crashes eventually, and the last line moving wins. Short list, high hit rate.
