Sense Shift
Pick the synonym, then the antonym, then back again — the relation flips while the meter drains.
How to play
Each round shows a prompt word and a clearly flagged target relation — synonym or antonym — that flips from round to round. Choose the option matching the current relation before the meter empties. Quick correct picks score the most. One wrong pick, or letting the meter run out, ends the run.
- Read the banner: are you matching the synonym or the antonym this round?
- Pick the option that fits the current relation.
- Faster correct answers score more and keep the meter alive.
- A single mistake or an empty meter ends the run.
Controls
- Desktop: click the option you believe matches.
- Phone & tablet: tap the matching option. Mouse or touch only — no typing.
Game modes
- Daily seeded set or endless Practice, at Easy, Medium or Hard, across twelve rounds.
Tips & strategy
- Glance at the relation banner first — flipping from synonym to antonym is where most slips happen.
- Trust your first instinct on clear pairs to bank meter time.
- On tricky words, eliminate the obvious decoy before choosing.
