Pipsmith
Five-dice poker turned roguelike climb — your dice are your character sheet, and you reforge them between floors to keep ascending.
How to play
Each floor is a six-slot scorecard with a target score. Roll five dice, lock the ones you like, reroll up to twice, then bank the result into a category to end the turn. Beat the floor's target to climb; fall short and the run ends.
- Hold the dice you want to keep, then reroll the rest to chase a better combination.
- Bank your roll into an open category — each slot can only be used once per floor.
- Clear a floor to draft one forge upgrade: load a face, gild a die for double pips, or make one wild.
- Targets rise quickly with each floor, so your forged dice have to outpace them.
Controls
- Desktop: click a die to hold or release it, click reroll, and click a scorecard row to bank.
- Phone & tablet: tap dice to hold, tap reroll, tap a category to bank — the whole game is pointer-driven.
Game modes
- Daily Climb — one shared tower of the same dice and targets for everyone that day.
- Endless — a fresh run with new dice and a new tower every time.
Tips & strategy
- Forge weak faces early; one wild or gilded die compounds across every later floor.
- Bank conservatively on easy floors and save your big categories for when the target spikes.
