How to play

Find every word on the list hidden inside a seeded grid of letters. Words can run horizontally, vertically or diagonally, forwards or backwards — eight directions in all. Drag from the first letter to the last to mark a word as found.

• Read the themed word list
• Search the grid in all eight directions
• Drag across a word from start to end to claim it
• Clear the whole list to finish the puzzle

Controls

• Desktop: click-drag across the letters to select a word
• Phone & tablet: drag a finger from the first letter to the last

Game modes

• Daily: a shared seeded puzzle that's the same for everyone each day
• Practice: endless fresh themed grids to solve at your own pace

Tips & strategy

• Hunt for distinctive first letters of long words first
• Scan diagonals last — they're the easiest to overlook
• Cross off found words so you don't re-scan for them
