How to play
On a 6x6 grid the two roles share both symbols. On any turn you choose to place an X or an O in an empty square, and the roles want opposite outcomes.
Order wins by forming five identical symbols in a row, horizontally, vertically or diagonally.
Chaos wins by filling all 36 squares without any line of five appearing.
Because both sides can play either symbol, blocking and building are constant trade-offs.
Order moves first, then turns alternate until someone's goal is met.
Controls
Desktop: click an empty square, then click X or O in the small chooser that pops up on that square; click the square again to cancel.
Phone & tablet: tap an empty square, then tap X or O to commit your symbol.
Game modes
Versus AI at Easy, Medium or Hard, playing as either Order or Chaos.
2-player pass-and-play on a single device.
Online play: host an invite, join with a code, or quick-match, the host plays Order and the joiner plays Chaos.
Tips & strategy
As Order, build two open threats at once so Chaos cannot plug both with one move.
As Chaos, drop the opposite symbol into a forming run to break it before it reaches five.
Five-in-a-row only needs five of six in a line, so guard the long central rows and columns carefully.
