How to play
The major system maps each digit to consonant sounds, so any number can become a memorable word and any word can be read back as a number. Each timed challenge asks you to either encode a string of digits into a word, or decode a word into its number, across themes like phone numbers, dates and pi.
- A legend shows which consonant sounds map to each digit
- Encode: coin a word whose consonant sounds spell the digits
- Decode: read a word's consonants back into its number
- Daily is a shared round; Practice generates a new one
Controls
- Desktop: type your word or number and press Enter or click Submit

Tips & strategy
