Calm Current
You can't think clearly while you're flooded — breathe the stress wave down first, then think it through and pick the steady way forward.
How to play
Each scenario follows a calm-down sequence: breathe to lower the stress meter, then move to the thinking step, then choose a plan. Bringing the wave below the calm line before deciding makes the steady choice far easier to see and scores best.
- Take breaths to lower the stress meter past the calm line
- Advance to think it through once you feel steadier
- Choose a plan; the calmer you were, the clearer the steady move
- Daily replays a fixed scenario; Practice offers new ones
Controls
- Desktop: click the breathe, proceed and plan buttons
- Phone & tablet: tap the buttons through each step
Tips & strategy
- Don't rush — pushing through while still flooded penalises your score
- Get under the calm line before choosing so the best plan stands out
- This is a practice game about regulating stress, not medical advice
