How to play
Each card shows a generated face plus a short scenario. First sort the feeling into one of four energy zones (high or low energy, pleasant or unpleasant), then choose a healthy regulation tool. Some faces are masked, a smile hiding sadness, or sarcasm, so read past the surface.
Pick the zone that matches the feeling's energy and pleasantness
Then choose the calming or coping tool best suited to it
Spot masked feelings, where the face doesn't match the real emotion
Daily gives everyone the same round; Practice deals fresh random cards
Controls
Desktop: click a zone, then click a tool, then Next
Phone & tablet: tap a zone, tap a tool, then tap Next
Tips & strategy
Use the words in the scenario, not just the face, context reveals masked feelings
Match high-energy unpleasant feelings to grounding tools, low-energy ones to gentle lifts
There's no losing here, naming the feeling correctly is the skill being practised
What you'll learn
