Quiet Mind
Breathe with an expanding ring on a calming 4-7-8 rhythm — stay in sync and the drifting visual noise fades as your focus rises.
How to play
A guide ring shows the target breath size. Hold to grow your own ring on the inhale, ease through the hold, then release to let it shrink on the exhale. Matching the cadence across several breaths raises your focus and quiets the floating motes around you.
- Hold to inhale and grow your ring toward the guide
- Release to exhale and let it shrink in time with the cadence
- Stay in sync to build focus and clear the on-screen noise
- A session runs a few full 4-7-8 breaths; Daily and Practice both available
Controls
- Desktop: hold the mouse button or the Space / Up Arrow key to inhale, release to exhale
- Phone & tablet: press and hold the screen to inhale, lift your finger to exhale
Tips & strategy
- Watch the phase word and count — let the timing guide you, not the clock
- Smooth, unhurried holds keep you in sync longer than sharp grabs
- There's no failing — this is a calming exercise, so go at your own pace
