Aha!
A strange situation is laid out with no explanation — interrogate the oracle with yes/no questions, then piece together what really happened.
How to play
You read a puzzling scenario and your task is to explain it. Ask the oracle yes/no questions to narrow down the cause — but every question lowers your potential score, even the irrelevant ones. When you think you've got it, select the cause tiles that together fully explain the situation and submit. Solve it in as few questions as you dare.
- Read the scenario and form a theory
- Ask the oracle questions for yes / no / irrelevant verdicts
- Assemble the smallest set of cause tiles that explains everything
- Wrong submissions and extra questions both cost points
Controls
- Desktop: click a question to ask it, click tiles to add them to your explanation, then Submit.
- Phone & tablet: tap questions, tap tiles, tap Submit — touch supported.
Game modes
- Daily: one shared seeded scenario per day
- Practice: a fresh scenario every time
Tips & strategy
- Ask broad questions first to cut the space in half, then zero in
- A wrong submission tells you how many of your tiles belong — use that as a clue, not a defeat
- Aim for the minimal explanation; padding it with extra tiles can fail an otherwise-correct answer
