Foldspace
Trace a single path from the glowing node to the exit — and figure out, panel by panel, the hidden laws your line has to obey.
How to play
Each panel is a grid of nodes joined by edges. Draw one continuous line from the bright start node to the exit. When your line reaches the exit it is checked automatically against rules that are never written down — you infer them from which solutions pass and which fail.
- Black and white squares must end up separated into different regions by your line
- Dots must lie directly on the path
- Broken edges (gaps) cannot be crossed
- Hard panels wrap around horizontally, so the line can leave one side and reappear on the other
Controls
- Desktop: drag from the start node along the edges with the mouse; back up by retracing a step. Use Clear line to restart and New for a fresh panel.
- Phone & tablet: drag your finger node-to-node along the lattice — full touch support.
Game modes
- Daily: one shared seeded set of panels per day
- Practice: endless fresh panels at Easy (4×4), Medium (5×5) or Hard (6×6 wrap)
Tips & strategy
- Solve the easy panels first to learn what the silent rules actually are, then carry that knowledge upward
- Watch the faint region tint — it shows how your current line splits the board so you can keep coloured squares apart
- Fewer edges and faster solves score higher, and each hidden rule adds a completion bonus
What you'll learn
Foldspace is a rule-deduction, path-drawing logic puzzle, where you infer the hidden rules from the board.
- Skills: rule deduction, path logic, spatial reasoning
- Best for: roughly grades 5–11 (ages 10–16)
- For parents & teachers: deduce the rules, then solve the path.
