Lineup
A ring of pads flashes a sequence of tones; play it back — but the layout scrambles each round, so you remember the melody and hunt for the pad that now wears it.
How to play
Each round the game flashes and plays a sequence one tone longer than before. You repeat it by clicking the pads in the same tone order. The catch: between rounds the pads swap positions, so muscle memory fails — you have to recall the order of sounds and find whichever pad currently carries each one. One wrong pad ends the run.
- Watch and listen to the flashing sequence, then echo it by tone
- Pads reshuffle every round — remember sounds, not finger positions
- Spend one of three Peek tokens to re-flash the sequence
Controls
- Desktop: click a pad to start, then click the pads in order. Tones play as you go.
- Phone & tablet: tap the pads — full touch support.
Game modes
- Daily: one shared seeded run per day
- Practice: endless fresh runs
Tips & strategy
- Hum or sing the tone order to yourself — pitch sticks better than position once the pads move
- Save your Peek tokens for the longest sequences where one slip ends everything
- Glance at each pad's colour before you commit, since the same tone always keeps its colour
