How to play

Solitaire Spire wraps classic Klondike solitaire in a roguelike climb. Each floor is a fresh deal: build the tableau columns down in alternating colours and build the four foundations up by suit from the Ace. Clear all 52 cards to the foundations and you ascend a floor, where you draft one of several relics that bend the rules for the rest of the run. Redeals are limited and shrink as you climb, so if you run dry with no legal move, the run ends.

• Build tableau columns downward in alternating colours; only Kings move to an empty column.
• Build each foundation upward by suit, starting from the Ace.
• Click the stock to deal cards; recycle it with a Redeal, but redeals are limited and dwindle as you rise.
• Clear all 52 cards to the foundations to climb a floor and draft a relic that carries through the whole run.

Controls

• Desktop: click a card to pick it up, then click a column or foundation to drop it; click the same card again to send it straight to a foundation. Space deals from the stock, U undoes, and M toggles sound.
• Phone & tablet: tap a card to lift it and tap a destination to place it — the same tap-to-move flow works on touchscreens.

Game modes

• Daily: the exact same climb and seed for everyone that day.
• Endless: a fresh random seed every run for unlimited climbing.

Tips & strategy

• Hoard your redeals — burning one early can leave you stranded on a higher floor where they're scarcer.
• Use Auto-collect and Undo to test a line before you commit to a risky move.
• Draft relics that suit your style: some open up empty columns, others ease the foundations — stack synergies as you climb.
