Rewind Drop
Stack the well like any falling-block puzzle, but with one twist: you can undo your last drop to fix a misplace — at the price of the whole well falling faster for the rest of the game.
How to play
Move and rotate falling pieces to complete and clear horizontal lines in the well. When a drop goes wrong you can rewind it, but each rewind adds a permanent speed penalty, so you ration them and live with most of your mistakes.
- Clear lines for points; survive as long as you can before topping out.
- Hold a piece to swap it for later, and read the next-piece preview.
- Rewind undoes your most recent locked drop from a limited buffer.
- Every rewind raises the fall speed permanently — speed never comes back down.
Game modes
- Daily: the same seeded piece sequence for everyone that day.
- Practice: a fresh random sequence any time.
Controls
- Desktop: Left/Right move, Up or X rotate, Down soft-drop, Space hard-drop, C hold, Z rewind, P pause.
- Phone & tablet: a keyboard is required — best played on a desktop or laptop.
Tips & strategy
- Treat rewinds as emergency-only; the speed they add compounds every time.
- Keep the stack low and flat so a single bad piece doesn't tempt a rewind.
- Use hold to bank an awkward piece rather than forcing it into a gap.
