Morph Match
A memory game with a twist — the pairs you uncover become the parts you spend to construct real words.
How to play
Cards lie face down in a grid. Flip two at a time to match a word-part — a prefix, suffix or root — with its meaning. Banked matches become building blocks you then combine into genuine words for bonus points.
- Flip two cards to find a part-and-meaning pair
- A correct pair stays revealed and is added to your supply
- Spend matched parts to construct valid words
- Clear the board efficiently to maximize your score
Controls
- Desktop: click a card to flip it, and click parts to build words
- Phone & tablet: tap cards and parts directly
Game modes
- Daily: a single seeded board shared by all players, ranked globally
- Practice: a new board each round across Easy, Medium and Hard
Tips & strategy
- Memorize the position of any meaning card you reveal early — its partner will turn up later
- Match parts that combine well so you can immediately spend them into words
- Fewer flips mean a higher score, so think before you commit to a second card
