Glyph Eater
Munch the numbers that obey the current rule, dodge the hunters, and survive each rule swap.
How to play
A rule sits at the top of the screen — eat only the cells that satisfy it, such as primes, multiples of a number, or factors. Eating a wrong number costs you; the rule mutates after a warning, so stay alert. Roaming hunters track you across the grid, so survival and scoring run side by side.
- Match the live rule to score; ignore numbers that do not fit.
- Avoid the hunters — contact ends the run.
- Watch for the rule-change warning and re-read the board.
- Three difficulty levels change pace and hunter aggression.
Controls
- Desktop: move with the Arrow keys or WASD.
- Phone & tablet: keyboard recommended — movement uses Arrow keys or WASD, so this one plays best on a physical keyboard.
Game modes
- Daily seeded grid or endless Practice, each at Easy, Normal or Hard.
Tips & strategy
- Plan a route that strings several matching cells together rather than darting cell to cell.
- Keep an escape lane open — never let a hunter pin you against a wall of wrong numbers.
- When the rule is about to flip, hover near a cluster that will likely qualify under the new rule.
What you'll learn

- Skills: primes and factors, divisibility, number sense, quick recognition
- Best for: roughly grades 4–7 (ages 9–13)
- For parents & teachers: arcade-paced number-property practice.
