Cross an integer number line with a hand of signed jump cards, land on the target exactly while mirror tiles try to flip your direction.

How to play
Play signed cards to hop your pawn along the number line: minus cards move left, plus cards move right. Land on the target exactly to win. Avoid hazard tiles, and beware mirror tiles, landing on one flips the sign of your very next jump, turning a planned left into a right. You have a limited hand, so reach the target before you run out of cards.
Landing on a mirror tile flips the sign of your next jump.
Hazard tiles must be avoided, don't land on them.
Hit the target exactly before your cards run out.
Game modes

Practice: fresh random courses at your chosen difficulty.
Controls
Desktop: click a card to play that jump; Undo and Restart are available.
Phone & tablet: tap a card to make the jump, tap Undo to take it back.
Tips & strategy
Account for mirror tiles in advance, a jump that crosses one effectively reverses your plan.
Add up your remaining cards' net value to check you can still reach the target.
When a hazard sits between you and the goal, sequence your jumps to leap over it, not onto it.
What you'll learn
Polarity Path builds fluency with signed numbers and integer addition by turning the number line itself into the board you move along.
Skills: integers and signed numbers, integer addition and subtraction, the number line
Best for: roughly grades 6–8 (ages 11–14)
For parents & teachers: makes negative numbers a place you move, not a rule to memorize.
