Ghost Position

A top-down time-trial racer where each lap you complete comes back as a solid, looping ghost of your past self — and the track gets more crowded with every win.

How to play

Race a seeded circuit against the clock. The cruel catch: every lap you finish is recorded and replayed as a solid ghost car that drives your exact past line forever after. Soon you're sharing the track with a fleet of former selves, so you must keep finding new racing lines to thread past the very routes you used to take.

• Drive clean laps to set your time on the seeded track.
• Each completed lap returns as a solid ghost replaying your earlier run.
• Out-route your own ghosts — colliding with a past self stops you cold.

• Daily — a seeded track shared by every player that day.
• Practice — endless seeded courses to learn the racing lines.

Controls

• Desktop: Arrow keys or WASD to steer and accelerate.
• Phone & tablet: on-screen touch controls are supported.

Tips & strategy

• Vary your line each lap on purpose so your ghosts don't blockade the best route.
• Take early laps on a tidy but not greedy line — you'll have to coexist with it later.
• Use the apex your ghosts avoid; their fixed paths leave gaps you can exploit.
