One unbroken loop, drawn between the dots, and every number tells you exactly how many of its sides the loop must use.

How to play
Connect dots with horizontal and vertical segments to form a single closed loop that never crosses or branches. Each numbered cell must be surrounded by exactly that many edges of the loop; cells without a number can have any count. There's one solution, reachable by pure logic.
Draw edges between adjacent dots
Form one continuous loop with no branches or crossings
Touch each numbered cell with exactly its number of edges
Mark edges you've ruled out to keep the loop clean
Controls
Desktop: click between two dots to add or remove an edge
Phone & tablet: tap between dots to toggle an edge on or off

Tips & strategy
A 0 cell can have no edges, block all four sides immediately
Corners with a 3 force two specific edges; start there
Follow the loop's dead ends: every dot has zero or two edges, never one
