Dropline Fog

A four-in-a-row drop game with the lights off, where you track column heights to infer your rival's hidden discs.

How to play

Take turns dropping a disc into a column, where it settles on top of the stack. Column heights are public, so you always know how full each one is, but your opponent's disc colours are fogged. You see that a cell is filled without knowing whose it is, so you must deduce their plays.

• Drop a disc into any column with room
• Line up four of your discs horizontally, vertically or diagonally to win
• Column heights are visible to both players
• Enemy disc colours stay hidden until a line is revealed

• Desktop: click a column to drop, hover to preview
• Phone & tablet: tap a column

Game modes

• Versus CPU on Easy, Medium or Hard, with you moving first
• Two-player hotseat with a pass-device curtain
• Online play

Tips & strategy

• Use column heights to reconstruct where your opponent likely dropped
• Build multiple threats so a single hidden block can't stop all of them
• Watch for a height jump you didn't make, which signals an enemy disc just landed
