How to play
The grid is split into bordered regions, or cages. Fill each cage with the numbers 1 up to its size, a four-cell cage uses 1 to 4, a five-cell cage uses 1 to 5, and so on. Every number appears exactly once per cage.
The twist: no two equal numbers may sit in neighbouring cells, including diagonally adjacent ones. A handful of cells are given to start; the rest is yours to deduce. Solve the whole grid without conflicts to win.
Each region must contain every number from 1 to its own cell count, with no repeats.
Two identical numbers may never touch, horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
Cells that break a rule glow red so you can spot mistakes quickly.
Controls
Desktop: click a cell, then type a digit to fill it; Backspace clears. Arrow keys move the selection and P toggles pencil marks.
Phone & tablet: tap a cell, then tap a number on the on-screen pad; the erase key clears.
Use Pencil mode to jot candidate numbers, and the Hint button to reveal a single correct cell.

Tips & strategy
Work from the givens outward, a placed number forbids its value in all eight surrounding cells.
In a cage that's nearly full, the missing numbers are fixed; just check the touch rule for placement.
Use pencil marks to track which numbers a cell can still legally hold before you commit.
