Bean Counter
Manage a live coffee stand: set your price, keep beans in stock, and clear the line before customers lose patience or your beans spoil.
How to play
The clock runs in real time. Customers join the queue, each willing to pay up to a hidden amount, and they buy automatically from the front of the line if your price is at or below what they'll pay and you have a fresh bean ready. Buy beans to keep stock up — but beans spoil seconds after purchase — and tune your price to balance margin against throughput. End the session with the most profit.
- Buy beans to keep inventory ready for the queue
- Set a price low enough to sell but high enough to profit
- Customers leave if you're too slow or too pricey
- Beans spoil if held too long — don't over-stock
Controls
- Desktop: click Buy 1 / Buy 5 and the price buttons, or use arrow keys for price and B to buy a bean.
- Phone & tablet: tap the buy and price buttons — touch supported.
Game modes
- Daily: the same seeded customers for everyone that day
- Practice: fresh seeded stands to drill
Tips & strategy
- Buy beans just ahead of demand — over-stocking means spoilage straight off your profit
- Watch each customer's willingness cap; pricing just under the front of the line keeps sales flowing
- Patience meters drain fast when the line is long, so keep a fresh bean ready at all times
