How to play

Choose a clue from a grid of categories and values, then set a wager while the clue is still hidden. Reveal it, type your answer, and win or lose your stake. The calibration score rewards betting big on topics you're sure of and small on ones you aren't.

• Reveal and answer — right adds your wager, wrong subtracts it
• Clear the board, or play until your bankroll runs out
• Daily is a shared board; Practice generates a fresh one

Controls

• Desktop: click a cell, drag the wager slider, type your answer and press Enter
• Phone & tablet: tap a cell, slide the wager, tap the box to type your answer
