Voice Hunt

A three-part texture plays at once; isolate one highlighted voice in your hearing and transcribe its melody onto the staff.

How to play

You are told which voice to hunt — soprano, an inner voice, or bass. Play the full mixed texture, or isolate the target voice, then click staff slots and choose the pitch you heard for that line. Submit to see how many notes you caught, with the correct line revealed faded on the staff.

• Play all (mixed) to hear the texture, or play this voice to isolate it
• Click a staff slot, then pick a pitch from the pad to place each note
• Score rewards correct notes; each replay costs a few points

Controls

• Desktop: click staff slots and pad pitches; arrow keys move between slots, Backspace clears a note
• Phone & tablet: tap staff slots and the pitch pad

Game modes

• Difficulty: Easy, Medium or Hard textures
• Daily for a shared texture, Practice for fresh ones

Tips & strategy

• Use the isolated playback to learn the line, then test yourself against the full mix
• Lock the contour first — up or down between notes — before pinning exact pitches
