Tunnelball
Bounce a ball against a solid wall of dirt and watch it bore through — each hit carves a channel, so you literally dig your way to the clear.
How to play
Tunnelball is a brick-breaker reimagined against deformable terrain. Instead of tidy rows of bricks, a solid mass of ground fills the top of the screen. Launch the ball off your paddle and it tunnels through on contact, destroying cells and deflecting off their surfaces, gouging channels that widen the more you play. Keep the ball alive and dig until the level's goal is met.
- Move the paddle along the bottom and launch the ball up into the terrain.
- The ball carves a cell on every hit and bounces off the exposed face, so channels open up over time.
- Most levels clear once you've carved enough of the mass; every third level instead buries a goal you must dig down to expose.
- You have three lives — let the ball fall past the paddle and you lose one; run out and the run ends.
Controls
- Desktop: move the paddle with the mouse or the left/right arrow keys (also A and D); click or press Space to launch.
- Phone & tablet: drag to slide the paddle and tap to launch the ball — fully touch-driven.
Tips & strategy
- Aim to start a single deep channel; once the ball gets behind the surface it ricochets inside and carves far faster.
- On dig-to-the-goal levels, ignore wide clearing and funnel the ball straight down toward the buried target.
- The ball speeds up each level, so widen a safe return lane above the paddle before the pace gets away from you.
Game modes
- Daily: one shared seeded terrain run per day, with your result saved.
- Practice: fresh randomized terrain any time.
