Quorum
Count the votes you can't see: probe the chamber, amend the bill and pass it without selling out your ideals.
How to play
Each legislator has hidden positions on the bill's provisions. Spend a limited budget of meetings to probe and reveal their true preferences, then add or remove provisions to flip enough members to yea. Keep your starred ideal provisions in the bill for a scoring bonus, then call the vote.
- Click a provision to add it to or remove it from the bill
- Select a legislator and probe to reveal one true position (costs a meeting)
- Build a bill that reaches the pass threshold while keeping your ideals
- Call the vote when you think you have a majority
Controls
- Desktop: click provisions, legislators, the probe button and Call the Vote
- Phone & tablet: tap the same controls
Tips & strategy
- Probe swing legislators first — knowing their stance on one provision often unlocks their whole vote
- Dropping a divisive provision can win several votes at once, but watch which ideals you sacrifice
- Meetings are scarce; deduce as much as you can from each reveal before spending another
