Mass Drift

Your guns don't destroy anything — they shove and split rocks that keep their momentum. The only way to clear the field is to herd every drifting fragment into the black hole.

How to play

Fly your ship through a drifting asteroid field and use your shots as nudges, not weapons. A bullet splits a big rock into fragments that carry its motion, so you steer the whole mess toward the central black hole, which is the only thing that actually removes mass.

• Thrust and rotate to position yourself; fire to push and split rocks.
• Nothing disappears except what the black hole swallows.
• Clear every last fragment into the hole before the timer runs out to win.
• Crashing into a rock costs a life — you have three.

Game modes

• Daily: a seeded asteroid field shared by everyone that day.
• Practice: a fresh random field any time.

Controls

• Desktop: Up or W to thrust, Left/Right or A/D to rotate, Space to shoot.
• Phone & tablet: a keyboard is required — best played on a desktop or laptop.

Tips & strategy

• Nudge rocks gently from the far side toward the hole instead of pulverising them.
• Splitting a big rock makes more pieces to chase — split only when you can steer the shards.
• Let the black hole's pull do the final work; line fragments up and let gravity finish them.
