Deck of Tides

A spatial deckbuilder where the ebbing tide shoves your whole board one cell every turn.

How to play

Spend energy to deploy units in your home half and cast spells on occupied cells, then end your turn to run the tide and combat. Each turn the tide slides every piece one cell — and it flips direction every three turns — so you must play to where the board will be, not where it is. Stop the invaders from reaching your home edge and clear every wave to win.

• Select a card, then click an eligible (highlighted) cell to play it.
• Units deploy only in your home columns; spells target any occupied cell.
• End Turn advances the tide, resolves combat, and refreshes your energy and hand.
• The tide alternates between flood (toward the invaders) and ebb (back toward home) every three turns.

Controls

• Desktop: click a card to select it, then click a glowing cell to deploy or cast; use the toolbar buttons for End Turn and new runs.
• Phone & tablet: tap a card, then tap a highlighted cell — the whole game plays by tapping.

Game modes

• Daily Run: a shared seeded encounter everyone faces that day.
• Endless: clear a wave, draft a new card into your deck, and push into harder encounters with a stronger board.

Tips & strategy

• Read the tide timer and place units one cell upstream so the drift carries them into position.
• Save spells for the turn the tide lines an invader up with your strongest unit.
• In Endless, draft cards that reinforce a plan rather than grabbing the flashiest single card.
