Cadence
Notes stream down four lanes toward the line — tap each one right on the beat, hold your combo, and play the melody clean.
How to play
Cadence is a falling-note rhythm game. Notes drop down four colour-coded lanes toward a hit line near the bottom; your job is to strike each note exactly as it crosses the line. The closer your timing, the better the verdict and the more points you bank.
- Hit a note as it reaches the line — Perfect timing scores most, then Great and Good; let one slip and it counts as a Miss.
- Land notes in a row to build a combo multiplier; a single miss resets it to zero.
- Each finished track is graded D to S on accuracy, with your score, best, and global standing shown.
- After a short count-in the melody plays, so listening to the beat helps you anticipate each note.
Game modes
- Daily: one shared track for everyone that day — pure timing, same notes, same leaderboard.
- Practice: pick Easy, Normal, or Hard and play a random track as often as you like.
Controls
- Desktop: press D, F, J, and K for the four lanes from left to right.
- Phone & tablet: tap the four on-screen pads beneath the lanes.
Tips & strategy
- Rest your fingers on the four keys and react to the line, not the top of the screen.
- Protecting a long combo is worth more than nailing every single Perfect, so play steady over flashy.
