Sequence a series of matrix transforms so a single vector routes step-by-step through every gate on the plane, order is everything.
Was this fun?
How to play
A start vector must pass through an ordered set of waypoint gates. You build a chain of transform modules; the vector follows the path your chain creates, applying each matrix in turn.
Tap modules to append them to your chain, left to right, matrix multiplication is not commutative, so order matters.
The vector routes through the gates one transform at a time; every gate must be hit in sequence.
Toggle Show eigenvector rails to reveal the special directions a matrix only stretches and never rotates.
Thread all gates in order to clear the level.
Controls
Desktop: click modules to add them, Undo to remove the last, and Reset to clear the chain; pick Easy/Medium/Hard and Daily/Practice from the bar.
Phone & tablet: tap the modules and buttons, fully touch-friendly.
Tips & strategy
Use the eigenvector rails: aligning your vector with an eigenvector means the next matrix only scales it, keeping your aim predictable.
Plan the whole route before committing, undo is cheaper than a wrong final order.
A rotation followed by a scale lands somewhere very different than a scale followed by a rotation.
