Last Human
A no-gun arena survivor: move, dash, and turn the robots' own bodies into your weapons.
How to play
You're trapped in a single arena as waves of robots close in from every side. There's no gun — your only tools are movement and a dash. Dash into a robot to flip it into a temporary ally, bump enemies to destroy them, and dash a heavy Tank to take it out. Survive as long as you can against the rising horde.
- Move in eight directions to stay out of the closing pincer.
- Dash to convert a robot into an ally — or to bump and kill weaker enemies.
- Dashing a Tank destroys it; a plain bump finishes off the lighter robots.
Controls
- Desktop: WASD to move in eight directions; Space, Shift, J, or left-click to dash; P to pause.
- Phone & tablet: on-screen controls let you move and dash entirely by touch.
Tips & strategy
- Keep moving in wide arcs — standing still lets the horde surround you.
- Time dashes to convert robots right when a cluster is forming so your new ally clears it.
- Track the Tanks; they need a dash, not a bump, so don't get cornered without dash ready.
Origins
Last Human revives the twin-stick arena shooter of the early 1980s — one stick to move, one to fire, against relentless waves of robots in a single screen, with humans to rescue between the chaos. It pioneered the dual-control scheme that countless shooters still use.
