Choose a hero and fight room to room through a monster-flooded dungeon, killing the generators before they bury you.

How to play

Clear each chamber of a multi-room dungeon by gunning down endless monsters and, above all, destroying the generators that spawn them. Closing a generator drops a relic to pick up.

• Move freely and shoot in the direction you face
• Prioritize the spawn generators to cut off the swarm
• Grab dropped relics and quaff potions to survive deeper floors

Controls

• Desktop: WASD or arrow keys to move, Space (hold) to shoot, E or Shift for a potion
• Phone & tablet: on-screen buttons for moving, shooting and items (touch supported)

Game modes

• Single player solo crawl
• Two-player local co-op on one machine
• Online co-op with a friend

Tips & strategy

• Knock out generators first; the room never clears while one is feeding it
• Keep moving so swarms can't pin you against a wall
• Save a potion for the moment a relic-room turns into an ambush

Origins

Crypt Crawl revisits the top-down dungeon crawler of 1985 — pick a hero and blast through swarms of monsters, shutting down their spawn generators while hunting for food, keys and the exit, ideally with friends. It popularized four-player co-op in the arcade.
